Our CCTV Features

We offer a wide range of Security Cameras to cater for every type of home or business.

Highest Resolution Security Cameras

The size of the recorded image is paramount when it comes to the retrieval of finer details like facial or number plate recognition.

CCTV Storage

The higher the resolution of your recorded images the higher the storage requirements. Our systems are designed to offer up to 3 month of events.

Ease of Use

It doesn’t matter how good the picture is if the system is difficult to use. Our system is intuitive and we’ll even train you how to use it in person.

Remote Access to your Security Cameras

As part of the installation process, we will set up remote viewing and playback via your mobile devices.

Frequently Asked CCTV Questions

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • How much will a complete CCTV system cost?

We offer our CCTV cameras in packages that generally include 4-8 cameras. These start from as little as $1495.00 for a 4 camera installation. As all our prices are on this website, we've taken out the guesswork. Simply choose the package that best suits your budget.

  • How many CCTV cameras do I need?

To provide full coverage of your property most people require at least 4 cameras.  This will give you a camera of each side and is a good starting point.

  • Do I need CCTV for my house/business property?

CCTV provides a visual deterrent to a would-be intruder.  This often stops the burglary from occurring in the first place, but if it does, you'll have a high-resolution video to view back for reference.

  • Where should I place my CCTV cameras?

As most burglars won't know if you're home, they often will knock on your front door first.  So the front of your house is a great place to have cameras. We suggest one at the front door, one covering the driveway. Then cover the areas they are most likely to actually gain access to, such as the laundry and the alfresco doors.

  • How long do the security cameras last?

As all our cameras have an outdoor IP rating they are fully weather-sealed and they also don't have many/any moving parts. This means they generally will last for at least a decade with no issues.

  • Do I need internet connection for my CCTV cameras?

The cameras will record locally tot he the NVR (Network Video Recorder) we provide.  This requires no internet. You will only require the internet if you want to view your cameras remotely on your mobile devices.

  • How long do CCTV cameras store footage?

Most of our systems are set to record events rather than continuously. This means if something moves, it's recorded.  As we provide around 3TB of storage in most of our NVRs, you can expect at least 3 months of recorded events on average.

  • Can I view live and recorded CCTV footage remotely?

Provided you have an internet connection at your property and a smart mobile device, yes!  All our systems include a free mobile application. Our installers will connect your new CCTV system to your internet and set this all up for you.

  • How soon can you install a CCTV system?

We are generally able to provide a CCTV installation with 10 business days.

What is CCTV resolution?

4K, HD, Ultra HD, 1080p, what the heck does this all mean?
The resolution of your security cameras is simply the number of pixels the camera captures in each frame.  To keep things simple, the higher the number of pixels, the more you are able to zoom into the recorded image to pick up finer details.

As you can see in this image, our 4K CCTV cameras are actually recording 4 x the pixels of a standard HD (1080p) Camera.  Say goodbye to blurry CCTV footage.

Home Security Cameras

A CCTV installation for your home can give you peace of mind and also can save you from a harmful situation.  If you hear a noise outside, the last thing you want to do is to go and investigate it yourself.  Intruders behave in unpredictable ways and can easily lash out and injure you.  Having cameras strategically placed around your house, will allow you to investigate safely.  We can set up a monitor for easy live viewing and playback, and also set up your new security camera system on your smartphone.  This way you can view your home from wherever you happen to be.

Construction Site Security Cameras

Most construction sites are left unattended at night time and have no power. This presents a thief with an easy target and is why Perth experiences so much Building Site theft.   Videofied is an alarm system that has built-in security cameras in each of the motion detetors. Not only will these cameras record any unwanted visitors, but they will also send the footage immediately to our Alarm Monitoring room so that we can take action immediately.   Videofied can be installed wherever there is a mobile signal — no need for power cables. Videofied’s portability means it can be moved around as the project evolves or even months later at a brand new site!

Cable Damage

As most of your CCTV cables are in the roof, its very common for them to be chewed by rats, etc. We can rerun damaged cables to restore your security camera image.

Blown Power Supply

Power Supplies can over heat or be damaged by power surges. This can knock our 1 or more of your cameras. This is a simple fix to get your CCTV back up and running.

Bad Terminations

Poorly terminated cables can provide bad or no CCTV images. Refiting the ends to your existing cables may give you an image on a camera you thought was dead.

Hard Drive Failure

The harddrive in your CCTV recorder is generally the weakest part of your systems as it is constantly spinning. Replacement is a cheap and quick fix.

Security Camera Upgrades & Additions
