Setting Up iRisco Notifications on iPhone

Step 1


  • On your phone, go to settings>notifications>iRisco
  • Ensure allow notifications is enabled
  • Set all three alerts as enabled
  • The sounds and badges will ensure that you are aware the notification has come through.

Step 2 - Do Not Disturb

  • Go to settings>do not disturb
  • Ensure do not disturb is off and there is no schedule
  • Do not disturb will prevent notifications from coming through so it must not be enabled at any time in order to receive alerts

Step 3 - Changing the Sound


  • Open the iRisco app
  • Select menu>system settings>notification
  • Select the sound you would like to play when the notification comes through
